Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Azuria Capital LLC ("Azuria Capital," "we," "us," or "our") operates azuriacapital.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.
Scope. This Policy covers the public Site only. If you become a prospective or actual investor in a fund we manage, the information you provide in that process is governed by the separate privacy notices delivered with the fund’s offering and subscription documents. The LP Portal, when available, will be operated by the Fund’s administrator under its own terms.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. You can read the Site without identifying yourself. The Site has two optional forms:
- Contact form — first name, last name, email address, investor type, and your message (required); phone number and subject (optional).
- Subscribe form — first name, last name, and email address (required); company (optional).
Both forms include a checkbox confirming that you agree to receive communications from Azuria Capital. You may also contact us directly by email, in which case we hold whatever information you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. Our web server records standard technical data for each request — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, and date and time. We use this data to keep the Site secure and operating, not to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect. We do not collect Social Security or tax identification numbers, government identification numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive personal information through the Site. Please do not send such information through the contact form. Investor verification and onboarding are handled through a separate process.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your inquiry;
- send research, market commentary, and firm updates you have asked to receive;
- keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse;
- comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent (marketing communications and analytics cookies, which you may withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, understanding how the Site is used, and securing the Site), and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
3. How we share your information
We share personal information only:
- with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions — website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, and content delivery networks that serve parts of the Site;
- with Google LLC, which provides the Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA services described in Section 4;
- with our professional advisers — legal, accounting, audit, and compliance — where needed;
- with our affiliates, including the general partner of the funds we manage, for the purposes described in this Policy;
- where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Azuria Capital or others; and
- in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Policy.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses the following cookies:
| Cookie | Purpose | Set by | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Strictly necessary — keeps the Site working as you move between pages. Contains no personal information and is not used for tracking. | The Site | Deleted when you close your browser |
| Cookie preference | Strictly necessary — remembers the choice you make in our cookie banner. | The Site | Up to 12 months |
| _ga, _ga_* | Analytics — distinguish visitors and sessions so we can count page views and traffic sources. | Google Analytics | Up to 2 years |
| _GRECAPTCHA | Spam prevention — supports Google reCAPTCHA’s risk analysis on our forms. | Google reCAPTCHA | 6 months |
Analytics. We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the Site is used — pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (country and region), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. Google processes this information on our behalf. We have disabled Google’s advertising features, and we do not use analytics data to identify individuals or for advertising. For how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by declining analytics cookies in our cookie banner or by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Consent. Where the law requires it — including for visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the Site footer. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
reCAPTCHA. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish real submissions from automated ones. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information — such as device and application data and interaction signals — and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms).
We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or social media tracking scripts. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the session cookie may prevent parts of the Site from working.
5. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Subscribers — until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again by mistake.
- Contact inquiries — for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our communications, and thereafter for as long as our legal, regulatory, or recordkeeping obligations require or a business relationship with you continues.
- Server logs — for a short period, for security purposes.
- Analytics data — Google Analytics retains user-level data for 14 months; aggregated reports may be kept longer.
6. Your rights and choices
Everyone. You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop sending you marketing. To unsubscribe from emails, use the link in any email we send or contact us.
EEA and UK residents. You also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to receive your information in a portable format, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
US state residents. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (including those of California and Colorado) may give you the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose; to access, correct, or delete it; to opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising; and to appeal a decision we make about your request. We do not sell or share personal information for those purposes. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. International transfers
Azuria Capital is based in the United States, and our service providers are principally located there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change, and material changes will be noted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
